Would consider Colbert's Keep Fear Alive, but it's the same day, and I don't want to be counted as an attendee in that b*llsh*t "treat-the-fading-Republican-Party-demographic-as-if-they-are-sane gaggle.
Stewart is from Jersey, he can't help it. I've been looking for an excuse to spend a day in DC anyway. I figure any public event there will bring out lots of tea party crazies, and my injuries made me miss the 9/11 'fun' here downtown.
N you don't need a plane, Amtrak is cheaper and when you consider travel time to and from airports, probably significantly faster.
