From today's L. A. Times, I thought I'd share this nugget of free market love w/ all.McCain's amnesia should be construed as a positive political gaffe; the more homes he owns, the better. His message to every American voter is that like him, they can all achieve the American dream through the time-tested habits of focus, hard work and perseverance (and helped by positive government policies that he proposes, like minimal taxation to stimulate investment and jobs.)

anon: I've been in WeHo, Silver Lake & Hollywood for the last thirty-five yrs. (Now that I'm homeless, I hang in Santa Monica, of course.) I know what La Cañada-Flintridge is all about. Didn't want to bore the masses w/ local trivia.
You could click my name on the FMM contributors list & look at my somewhat localized effort, Just Another Blog (From L. A.)™, if you give a flying fug. Or not.
So for those of us who have only spent enough time in Los Angeles to change planes, what is La Canada like?
